Yes. Start with Rebuild Foundations. It’s designed for beginners and women restarting, with simple, safe progressions.

No. All programs can be done at home with minimal equipment. A pair of dumbbells and a resistance band is enough to begin.
Foundations: dumbbells + resistance bands
Stronger: a variety of dumbbells (light/medium/heavy) + bands
Elite: same as Stronger (plus coaching guidance to help you build your home setup over time)
If you have more, great. If not, you can still begin.
