Hi, I’m Meaghan Renee—A mom of 2, Personal trainer, Online fitness coach, Nutritionist, and more specifically, a Women’s fitness specialist.

I’m the founder of Human Fitness and a dedicated trainer with a passion for helping women prioritize their health & fitness in ways that FIT their lives, not disrupt them.

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless women to transform their bodies, build sustainable, balanced wellness routines, and reach heights in fitness they didn’t know was even possible for themselves.

I know firsthand the challenges of balancing a busy life with personal wellness. That’s why I created Human Fitness—a fitness wellness app that offers a flexible, realistic approach to health, designed especially for women like you who are ready to feel stronger, healthier, and live confidently.

From a young age, I was passionate about dance and dreamed of pursuing it professionally 💃 But as I chased this dream in New York City, I was constantly told I needed to lose weight and ‘tone up’ to be considered. This feedback lead to years of restrictive dieting, intense cardio, and self-criticism, leaving me stuck in an exhausting cycle that damaged my self-esteem and health. I desperately wanted to feel good in my skin again, but every quick fix only pushed me further from that goal.

Finally, I reached a turning point. I invested in becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, diving deep into women’s fitness to uncover a sustainable, nurturing approach to fitness that included our health, both physically & mentally. I realized that countless women were stuck in the same cycle I had been, struggling to meet impossible standards set in extremes.

That’s why I founded Human Fitness ↪️to help women break free from negative cycles, rediscover their bodies, and build a realistic, balanced approach to health & fitness. Today, with advanced certifications, I guide clients to REDEFINE fitness to build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with food and movement.
